Submit A Payment

To submit a deposit or rent payment, please login through the link above. Please Note:

  • Integrity Oklahoma is now using the Appfolio tenant portal. Tenants will need to set up a new login through Appfolio to access their ledger and make payments.
  • If you have issues with the login or payment service, please email the property manager for the listing you are applying for.
  • You can submit a payment before your next balance is due. It will be applied to further charges when they are added to your ledger.
  • We are not able to accept postdated checks.
  • We DO NOT accept personal checks.
  • The following fees apply to payments made through the online portal:
    Electronic Check: Small fee of approx $2
    Debit Card Payment: 2.99% approx.
    Credit Card Payment: 2.99% approx.
  • You can also pay with Cash at your local Wal-Mart, 7/11 or Drug Store Just download the Paynearme slip from your tenant portal. Fee of approx $5 for in person cash payment.

To pay in person, simply use a check or money order made payable to Integrity Oklahoma with your property address in the subject line.
