Integrity Oklahoma wants all our owners to be happy owners! If for any reason you wish to discontinue your services.
-We require a 60 day written notice to wrap up any outstanding service issues, invoices and files.
-All outstanding invoices are to be paid
Integrity Oklahoma guarantees that the tenants we place in your home will complete the first 9 months of their lease or we will place a new tenant in the home at no charge to the owner. You will never pay more than once in a year to place a new tenant!
-Applies to management agreements at our advertised rates and fees.
-Does not apply to Military transfers
-Does not apply to tenants not placed by Integrity Oklahoma.
-Does not apply to Section 8 Households.
We guarantee to our owners up to $1000 in damage protection for any pet damage done to the interior of the home above and beyond what the security deposit covers. There is no extra charge to the owners for this coverage. We screen every pet, charge the tenant a reasonable fee and guarantee that you will not pay out of pocket for pet damage.
-Must be noted in your management agreement.
-Not available for pets we did not approve during the leasing process.
-Does not apply to Section 8 Households or service/emotional support animals.
If any maintenance problem arises with work completed by one of our vendors within the first 90 days we will make it right at no cost to you!
-Work must be completed by an approved Integrity Oklahoma vendor.
-Existing damage does not qualify.
-Does not apply if manufactures warranty is in place.
-Excludes sewer backups, pest control and HVAC repairs not warrantied by vendor.
For a small additional fee of $15 per month per unit we provide eviction protection. This will cover any court or attorney fees that you may have due to an eviction during the tenancy of a tenant placed by Integrity Oklahoma.
