Agent and Owner Referral Program

AGENT REFERRALS

We offer a $250 Referral Fee to any Licensed Realtor who refers us a client that we sign up for Property Management Services. Your Referrals are valued and we want to build strong relationships with the other realtors in our community.

If the referred owner wants to sell the rental home you referred to us we will send them back to you so that you can assist them with listing their property.

The referral fee is paid when the property is leased and the first months rent is paid!

OWNER REFERRALS

Any current owner we manage for that refers another owner to us will receive a credit of 2 months management fees on one of their properties. This credit will be given once the new owner signs a management agreement with Integrity Oklahoma and a tenant is placed and has paid their first months rent.
